Sunset District robber threatens to shoot man for wallet

SFPD starA robber threatened to shoot his victim if the man didn’t hand over his wallet in a Sunset District crime Monday night.

A 24-year-old man was near the intersection of 24th Avenue and Quintara Street at about 10 p.m. Monday when he was approached by a black man in his 20s, according to the San Francisco Police Department.

The robber grabbed his victim by the shoulder, pressed something hard against the man’s chest and said he would shoot him if he didn’t give up his belongings, police say. When the victim gave up his wallet, the robber got into a silver-colored four-door car and left.
