San Francisco parks officials plan a musical tribute to Warren Hellman Feb. 19, at either Ocean Beach or Hellman Hollow, the area previously known as Speedway Meadow that was renamed in honor of the investor and philanthropist.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the free show honoring Hellman, who died in December, will include two stages and is expected to draw about 8,000 people.

Hellman was the primary sponsor of the annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, a free event held in Golden Gate Park over the first weekend of October.

The February tribute event will be live-streamed online, according to the Chronicle.
