San Francisco Zoo lemurs feast for Thanksgiving
The San Francisco Zoo treated its lemurs to a Thanksgiving feast Wednesday as part of the Zoo’s behavioral enrichment program.
The lemurs sat on a table set with a tablecloth and plates filled with some of their favorite foods: green beans; a fruit salad made up of apples, bananas, and grapes; sweet potatoes; and a turkey made out of monkey chow.
Six ring-tailed lemurs, four red-ruffed lemurs, three black-and-white lemurs and two black lemurs live in the San Francisco Zoo‘s Lemur Forest.
